Leroy Massey Elementary Student Cooper Dooley recently won a VIP trip to see the Atlanta Braves in Action. Dooley’s teacher, Mrs. Lori Daniell, signed him up for a contest held by Superior Plumbing in Kennesaw to win the tickets. The contest featured several students from elementary schools across the state and those who won the most amount of votes were given Braves tickets as well as tickets to Disney on Ice in Atlanta. Mrs. Daniell signed Cooper up for the contest and sent out an email to all Chattooga County Schools employees encouraging them to vote for Cooper. Voting was open to the public and Cooper’s teachers, friends, fellow students, family members, and anyone else who can’t resist his sweet face voted him into the number one spot to win the contest.

Cooper’s mother, Amanda Dooley, stated “The trip was an exciting adventure for Cooper and he really enjoyed himself. He also loved seeing Disney on Ice. I would like to thank Superior Plumbing for offering this chance for students and Mrs. Daniell for signing him up and encouraging others to vote. I would also like to thank everyone who took the time to vote for Cooper.”
